Hello all. I just got a boat with some water damage. What happened is that it was left outside and filled with water like a bathtub. That being said. it has a 35HP Merc with low hours IE less than 200. I have not even tried to start it yet. It looks like the oil blend pump and tank were underwater along with the fuel tank. What do you guys think would be the best way for me to get this engine going? I know that the oil blend tank was recently changed and not test under a load.. thats before it filled with water.. I searched around and saw a post that said get rid of the oil tank. Is it that easy? Just remove and pre-mix? I know that the impeller has never been done. Where's the best place to get parts online? Is there a good shop manual for these? THanks
