1988 50 HP Sneezes at startup.

1988 50 HP. I just cleaned the carb and replaced the needle. I replaced the idle screw and put in new fuel pump diaphragm/ gaskets. The Idle screw is out about 1 1/4 turns maybe a little more. It sneezes at startup but then will run great...sometimes losing power at full throttle.. Thanks

Turn out another 1/4 turn.

Or better yet, turn it out 1 full turn while it is running, then turn it back in 3/4 turn.
