Most seats you will buy come with a base. you will need to fit that base to our boat. Basically the Bayliner seat is set against the hull and you need to match that slope on the seat base with the side of the boat.<br /><br />|__/ is how ours kinda looks as opposed to |__|<br /><br />You will need to cut the base to fit. And boy are the Bayliner bases hard to remove too!<br /><br />The bases are epoxied and fiberglassed into the floor and hull side. Use a grinder to get at most of it.
