1988 Blue Fin Sportsman Manual Question

I bought a project boat. 1988 Blue Fin Sportsman 19 ft. I/O Ford 2.3. I have the I/O manual. I need the user or shop manual for the boat itself. Wiring, lines, hydralics ect. I am new to the site so let me know if I am in the wrong place for help. This is my first boat rebuild. I have been restoring jeeps and old cars most of my life. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

Uhmm, Boats usually don't come with manuals. Wiring is pretty standard across the board for boats. We have a I/O forum for all your motor and Outdrive questions. This forum is for all your Glassin work on the Deck, Stringers and Transom.

welcome to iboats....

people think that owners manuals are going to give them some kind of insight as to how the boat is put together.......they dont.

they tell you haw to start the motor.....and where the fuses are......other than that......they say "see your dealer"

boats are all built the same....(except for a few like boston whaler style) the rest are hull stringers deck and transom.

this place is boat university.....study !
