OK,

My floor is soft around the opening that covers the hull bottom (don't know what that cover is called but I hope you will understand). It is soft at the back part of that cover (transom side).

Any way of patching that up? I do not want to take the seats out.

are you talking about the wood under the seat by the transom? is it aI/O or and outboard boat? ehhhh kinda iffy, you might get away with a patch job by putting newer wood inside and glassing that back in but in the end its gonna go bad too best to rip out and redo the right way ..

Ouch!!

See, I am talking about the wood in the middle of the floor, right where that cover on the floor ends. It is actually the part that supports the cover. Rest of the floor is solid (that is why I do not feel like ripping it all off)..
Maybe I should make a picture to make it more clear.

I would answer this question if I only knew what is a ski locker.
Will post picture tomorrow.

I have pretty much the same boat as you. When I bought it a couple years ago it had a hole on the side of the bilge hatch. Where you have soft floor in back of it. I did do a repair of the area and it did last a couple years but now I have more soft spots and am going to do a whole deck replacement now. Hopefully Thats all that needs to be done.
