For a 1988 88hp V4......Does there exist tiny ports to insert a carb cleaner straw to inject cleaner into each carb? Photos?

I thought my old 1986 vro 70hp 3 cylinder has some spring loaded ports.....

Clean carburetor are a must for a 2 stroke engine to live a long life.--------This " mechanic in a can " may not work properly and there is too much risk of damaging an engine.-----Carburetors should be taken apart for inspection and cleaning.----High speed orifice must be removed from carburetor bowl for cleaning.

No spring loaded ports. Have to take it apart.

You can convert your primer solenoid to a later version by purchasing Bombardier part 175158, maintenance valve. It can be substituted for the one on your current engine and will permit direct injection of both winterizing fluid and Engine Tuner, a carbon preventing (and cleaning) solution. At a single point on the engine.

But Emds, that won't clean the carb which he wants to do. That is injected behind the carb.

Boobie, you are correct. That suggestion may have been misleading-not my intention. My point should have been that this is the only way I know to direct inject into an engine, and you've clarified that it won't help with any carb problem.
