1988 Evinrude 25 HP fuel problem

My 1988 Evinrude 25 HP will start and run fine but seems to be starved for fuel. Unless I pump the fuel hose bulb it will die. The fuel hose was replaced about 4 years ago.

Would my problem be in the fuel hose, bulb, or in the fuel pump? I checked the screen in the fuel pump and it was clean.
Any suggestions what I should do?

weak fuel pump, sticking carb float and pumping the bulb puts added pressure to open it. vent not open or clogged on fuel tank. air leak in fuel system.
