1988 Force 50 hp Flooding?

Hi,
Engine starts right up at the start of the day. I run for 20min or so. I stop the engine and it wont start. Sometime I can pull cord it. Mostly I have to park the boat and come back tomorrow.

Ive been thinking its an electrical issue related to heat, though its not over heating.

Could it be flooding? Is there anything I can do to test?

Check the compression/spark.Then the fuel pump diaphram for starters.
Then replace all hoses.Then clean the carbs.Check for water in the fuel.J
