1988 force 50hp lower unit trouble

I have water getting into lower unit. I have done some troubleshooting and tried the bicycle pump trick w/ lower unit in water to find the leak. When I did this all air bubbles came from the water intake. Not real sure what to do now as far as I have read, sounds like maybe the seal below the water pump.
Anyone?? any info. would be great.

Sounds like you have the problem pinpointed !!! Sounds like the WP seals for sure.
