1988 Force 85 hp

Happy New Year
I took my Boat out this morn It started fine ran down to my fishing hole about 7 miles when I idke down the boat died started up fine. My ? is when the motor is cold it idle fine when the motor gets warm it do not idle the motor dies every time what could be my prob.

Until the more experienced chime in, I would set the idle speed at 750 rpms., in gear, when warm.

yeah my 88 125 idle was about 400 it would die every time I put it in gear!!! I have now got mine set at 750 in gear and that fixed it!!! Its just a bit cold natured lol
