I have a failed T/T pump and would like to have it rebuilt. OEM is always better quality than aftermarket! I see that RRitt is an excellent resource for this service but is not available by PM. Hoping he will weight in for some quick questions I have before purchasing his service off of eBay:

1. What is the current turn-around time after receiving the pump?
2. Given the following symptoms, how certain can I be that the pump is the failed item?
a. pump motor spins, but no lift/lowering occurs
b. minimal signs of leaking on ram seals
c. pump is full of clear (not milky) lube. Assume it is 30W.
Thanks,
Aaron
