I just purchased a four winns 220 horizon from a friend. the boat hasnt been on the water for quite a while and after taking it out twice ive come across the problem that the boat will stall while going through no wake zones and at slow speeds. the second time i took the boat out it did a little better at slower speeds but stalled at random times while trying to plain out. Can anyone tell me where i should start? i bought a can of sea foam that i plan to put into the carburetor and the fuel line hoping that might help. any ideas? thanks for the help
