1988 Johnson 25hp cylinder head torque for both the head bolts and the thermostat cover bolts and sequence. Also RPM's.

Hello, I need to replace my head on my motor. I have a 1988 johnson longshaft non electric tiller 25hp outboard. Does anyone have the torque specs for both the head bolts and thermostat cover bolts. Also what is the sequence to tighten the bolts. I am also wondering if any one what the rpms should be for idle both out of the water running in a Barrel and rpm for in the water. Thank you in advance for the help.
