trying to get boat going again, removed outdrive engine turns freely,how do i test starter ,engine w/o repairing and installing outdrive? don't want to sink money in if engine is bad, starter only clicked b4 i removed outdrive thought engine was "frozen" but gimbal bearing was wouldn't allow engine to turn
