I'm having a problem with a lull/hesitation that I think is fuel supply problem. I've replaced the screw-on filter, bulb line, inline filter. I have not touched the fuel pump nor the carbs. The other oddity is that the bulb won't get solid and seems to depressurized (blow backwards?) when priming.

Relative newbie to outboards but relatively versed in small engine.

First part is at idle/neutral, high idle/neutral, forward neutral..

I would replace the primer bulb. Your video is not great because the motor is on muffs. Muffs are not a diagnostic tool, put the motor in a tub with water above the waterpump. Or put it in the lake and see if it runs different.

Thanks for the reply, Are Mercury fuel line/bulb assemblies universally sized? If not, can you point me in a direction to a size requirement, a manual, or better yet a part number? Thanks
