this is the small housing lower (if it makes a differance)
my seloc does not have this info
need my gear ratio to be able to determine the prop slip

Yes, the small housing makes a difference.

The 1989 140hp gear ration is 13:26 (Small Housing)

(Large Housing = 12:27)
