1989 19' Rinker cracked 4.3

The block is bad oil and water mixture. I have a 1999 4.3 block that came out of wrecked s-10. I know it is a vortec block but what is the main diff? The heads will bolt on from the 89 block, is there anything else that I should know or will this not work at all.

Ayuh,... There were Several changes between 89,+ 99....
It might be adaptable, but will be a Pain to pull off...

Buy the CORRECT reman longblock and save the frustration for another project! 'nutcase
