Does anyone have a good after market part no for the OEM Emergency Ignition Cut-Off Switch on the tiller arm of my 1989 Evinrude 20 HP? I'm not interested in paying the $100 for the OEM one when I can install one in the engine cover and it serve the same purpose. All of the ones I find from google searchs don't seem to be water tight, hence their $12 cost. I can find plenty of water tight push button kill switches for under $20 but no teathered kill switchs, I have searched PWC forms too. Nothing really jumps out. West Marine has one for $35 that might work but my local 2 stores are out.

In the Boat Parts and Accessories in the upper right corner, search for cut off switch, you may find one there.

found a new one on ebay yesterday for $60 + $shipping from a guy in Canada. I decided to rebuild the entire arm, new switch, grip and grip cam. Goiing to disassemble today. Still waiting on mechanic to do seals in gear case. Going to try and match paint today too. Plans are to clean, prime and paint the entire outboard.
