I have noticed a small amount of oil coming out of holes on the bottom of the Cavataion Plate. Does anyone know what these holes are for? Can't find anything about them in Seloc manual. Are they overflow valves? I have a phot but not sure how to get it into email. These hole are on both sides of the unit and to my knowledge have not leaked before. I did have the lower unit serviced last month and had a new water pump installed. The oil is not think but it does not smell like gas. Any ideas? Thanks for the help....

I believe those holes are exactly what you suspect they are for.... to allow unburned fuel and exhaust residue to bleed out of the lower exhaust leg of the motor.

Why would it be leaking after a week since using it? What would cause it to leak? Puddle system? Thanks for the insite....

Cold water and cold weather and that stuff all sticks inside there.<br />Warm weather will allow it to flow out.
