Looks like it would more than likely work for you. I would make sure to check the shaft length though. Also, try going to mercruiserparts.com to find a cross reference. The good thing is that a lot of Force lower units are interchangeable. I just recently replaced mine. My old one had worn down gear dogs(?) and it was going to cost about 700.00 just for the new parts. I ended up getting a used lower unit on ebay for 200.00 and have had no problems with it. But of course as usual, its always buyer beware on ebay.
