1989, Bayliner 2755 - rocker switches - HELP

I am looking to replace the rocker switches on helm/dash. Unfortunately I don't know where to find the parts. I have searched the net, but would like to know exactly where to find them without having the pull the dash apart first.

This time I am wondering where i would get replacement gauges for my boat....all are very hard to read due to weathering.
