The starboard side trim plate hydraulic hose sprung a leak on my 1989 Bayliner Trophy, What kinda of hose is used to replace this? Looks like fuel line to me, but not sure fuel line can stand up to hydraulic pressure.

Thanks!

This is a motor question, not a Bayliner question
What motor is installed and I'll move it so it can get some answers

its hydraulic hose, the pump generates 2900 PSI

take your whole hose to a hydraulic shop that makes lines. they can make you new stainless steel braided teflon lines. however it may cost less to get the correct hose thru one or two of the OMC specialty shops such as T&E (sterndrive.info)
