1989 Evinrude 3, never used!

Picked this up today - 1989 Evinrude 3hp that has never been used. It's flawless!

Wow, very cool! We had the 4HP version of the same motor. We beat the heck out of it for many many years with very little maintenance. I sold it running last year because I got a nicer 4HP deluxe. Great motors and dead reliable.

i would replace all the fuel hoses and impeller.

Thanks - I'm stoked. I love these little twins. I had a 4DLX as my first outboard when I was like 12, and I miss it. One question: How hard is it to convert this to an external tank? I'll be changing the lines and impeller for sure
