Does anyone know what this torque spec is and what is the procedure to lock the motor up to tighten it?

Thanks

The 125's flywheel nut torque is 90 ft-lbs. Usually, a belt wrench is all you need to hold on the flywheel. Others, used some kind of heavy piece of metal and jammed against the flywheel gear and a raised part of the engine block.
