1989 four wins omc 5.0 stalling (iso wiring diagram)

I’m having some stalling issues in my motor, runs for about 2 min then chokes out. There’s 1.6 volts on the ornge wire when the motor is running. I’m sure it should be atleast battery voltage there. Anybody have a valid schematic for this setup thanks.
