I have been monitoring the sites selling boats looking for my first time entry level boat. I found a local owner with this description:
Boat - 1989 Galaxy 18' Fish & Ski Boat
Mercruiser V6 inboard/outboard motor, completely overhauled, runs great!
Refurbished interior, new marine grade stereo, speakers and CD player.
Hummingbird fish finder, new prop, extra prop, paddles, fire extinguisher,
4-person ski tube, four neophrine ski vests, five basic life vests, ladder and much more.
He wants 3400 for it which seems like a good deal with a rebuilt engine. I want it mainly for skiing. What do you guys think? I also found a Glastron with a 135hp engine in good shape. Looks like a pretty boat for about the same price but I know they are no longer around.
