1989 Johnson 88 SPL

Does anyone know what a 1989 Johnson 88 SPL weighs. I am in the process of refurbishing a pontoon boat and want to increase my HP to the MAX rating for the boat however, I dont want to make an even exchange due to the weight difference.

A 1990 model weighs 290 Lbs....Don't see a 89' 88 special...
