1989 Johnson motor cover plastic?

I have a 1989 Johnson J6RCEC 5.6 hp that I just bought and had shipped to me and it arrived with the motor cover split with a lot of cracks and one big chunk knocked out. This cover is plastic and so far I have been unable to identify what kind of plastic it is.

I'm sure I can repair it (plastic weld) but only if some one can help me by knowing what kind of plastic it is.
