1989 rinken 20-22 foot walk around 1995mariner 200 hp outboard considering purchase

I am about to look tommorow @ a 1989 renken 20-22 ft. not sure yet, walk around, cutty w/ 1995 200 hp mariner o.b. can a pro advice me what to check . Iam aware of checking comp. but not a whole more.

Compression.
Lower unit oil and magnet check.
Tilt/trim hydraulics
Steering and shifting
general corrosion
Start it (on muffs if unable to launch)

Check out the transom and water logged boat. That is a glass boat, correct?
