1989 Spectrum 1700 floor repair

Hi, I have a Spectrum 1700. I am thinking of resore the boat to its original state but have hard time looking for parts. Anyone knows of a good site that I can find old boats parts?
Also the floor is rotting away. as you can see in the picture, I took out some parts of the floor and notice that the plywood was riveted onto the boat. Can I avoid using rivet for the floor replace? If not how do I remove the old rivets? And the most important thing is that How do i match the holds to the new floor in order to reivet it?

Ayuh,... Most of Us build our Own....

Can I avoid using rivet for the floor replace? If not how do I remove the old rivets? And the most important thing is that How do i match the holds to the new floor in order to reivet it?

Rivets are the Best fasteners for the job,...
Drill the heads off the old 1s,...
Drill New holes for the New 1s....
