1990 150 evinrude full throttle it will not go anywere??

i gave it full throttle and the boat would not plain out and it wasnt going anywere..over heat buzzer came on .. took lower assembly, off water pump was fine but its not pumping water>????

The telltale nozzle in the lower cowling could be plugged. If the impeller is ok you should see a stong water flow out of that nozzle. Also, check the thermostat in each head-they could be stuck closed, preventing water from exiting the block.
