1990 60hp Evinrude

I am looking at a 1990 60hp Evinrude and it has 90 pounds on each cylinder. Even though all cylinders are the same would 90 pounds be considered low?

Yes that is very low. Try a different gauge, Has the moror been sitting for a while. Is the starter cranking fast enough? A good one would be over 100 and better would be about 120 and great would be above 130

How's it run and idle ??

It starts, idles and revs up great. This was on muffs.

Put it in the lake and run it. If it still runs great, run some engine tuner through it.

What if doesn't still run great? What if it floods with gas? Runs great on muffs but not in the lake. Any idea?

They will sound " great " on muffs running on 2 of 3 cylinders.-------Does the pee hose come of the side of the block or from the top ??----If it does not perform on the lake it needs some trouble shooting done.
