1990 70 hp johnson

this motor has not seen the water in 3-4 seasons. freshwater only,was well maintained prior to storage. question is,after setting so long ,what kind of problems can i expect

was hte fuel stabilized?

if not you probably need to clean or rebuild the carbs.

also you need to change the water pump maybe even the thermostats while you have the lower unit off make sure you put some compressed air or put the water hose to the water intake line.

probably plugs, fuel filter,etc...just the basic tune up you might expect.
