This motor starts fine and runs great for about 10 minutes, then the rpms drop to 2500-3000. Shutting the engine down and waiting for 10 minutes cures the problem until the engine has been run for another 10 minutes. Any ideas where to look? Fuel - ignition - cooling system? I know a bit about I/O's but very little about outboards
