Hi All,

I've been reading through the carb sync/adjustment thread and video in the sticky posts. (http://forums.iboats.com/showthread.php?t=431021)
Question: which screws are being adjusted?

The guides seem to imply 1 set of screws (perhaps I'm misinterpreting), but the carbs have 2 sets. One on the front of the carbs (above butterflies) and one on the side of the carb bodies (throttle linkage side).
See attached for reference.

The "screw" on the front of the carburetor above the butterflies is actually the idle air jet. It's not supposed to be adjusted. It just screws into place and stays there. If you notice it has a small hole in the center of it.

The idle mixture adjustment screw is on the side of the carburetor.

OK great. thank you.

I was a little confused when I noticed the adjustment ports cut into the intake plenum (with rubber grommets capping them). This seemed to indicate adjustment was common.
