I have a 1990 90hp force and I am sure that the reason there is no spark to any of the cylinders is because the Trigger is bad. I look at it and there seem to be a hard plastic that melted out the bottom. When I took it apart and removed the Trigger there was some small fragments of metal that looked like it was some type of large washer between the Trigger and the Trigger holder that sits over top the top Barring and it showed quite a bit of marring as if it had been spinning with out the washer being in tact. So what I need a exploded view of the motor to help identify and show placement of said parts. I have a manual but it does not show it for a 90hp motor. I am going to need a trigger and what ever goes under it, so if you can tell me the part numbers and/or some suppliers, that would be of great help too.
Thank you in advance
John

It showed me everything but what is under the trigger and above the berring. I am trying to find out what it is called and it's part number. there seems to be something that holds the trigger and sandwiched between them there is something like a big washer. After all there was metal pices all around under the Trigger. I guess I am need of a difrent view probly some thing about the top berring removal.
Thanks for your quick responce
John

Dear Admiral, I went there and saw the same drawing and still it does not show anything of the sort. It would be something like a big washer or two that would be placed between part #15 and # 58 and I presume that part #20 is also # 62. Am I corect? If you know of some one that has taken the Trigger of maybe they could help.

As far as I know, the trigger sits under the stator and is held "captive" by the stator. It just kinda floats in there.
What you may be seeing is the 4 screws that hold the stator to the block may have backed themselves out and "ground" a groove in the flywheel.
This happened to my motor. Its an 89-85

Those screws have to be torqued down, I believe 65 Ft/lbs. Nothing sits below the trigger. I am currently rebuilding my engine and have removed everything down past the bearing cap (#21).
