I recently purchased a 1990 Bayliner 3888 motoryacht. The paint on the trim around the windows is dull and chipping. I have been told the frames are anodized aluminum but I am not quite sure. I am trying to find out if anyone knows a process to paint the frames effectively, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
) Sand them, mask them and use zinc chromate spray as a primer then coat with a good quality paint. The zinc chromate will allow the paint to adhere to the aluminum
