1990 Bayliner Capri 2050 speedometer

I just got a 1990 Bayliner 2050 and speedometer does not work. I tried to check the pitot, the hose leading to the speedometer, all are good, speedometer is defective. Cant find the same speedometer anywhere. The serial number on the back is SE9466 (printed on the cover) or CS0262D engraved on the back. It is 60mph Faria US Marine speedometer. Any help is welcome.

There's a few Faria brand speedo gauges shown in iboats online store. re:

I already looked there and on eBay and Amazon, my speedometer has 4" dial while every other ones are 3.5" or smaller.
