1990 bayliner

Has anyone ever had their bayliner capri try to flip on them? Was headed out on the lake excel orated and the boat tried to flip. Moved people around in the boat,thought wieght distribution would help and it happened again. any ideas

More information, please. Under what conditions did this happen? Do you have a hydrofoil on the motor/outdrive? How fast were you going?
