1990 Evinrude 115 question

Quick question fellas,
One head seems kinda hot to the touch & the other side still cool after idling on the muffs. Is it normal or do I have some cooling issues? Looking from the back of the engine it would be the right side of the engine.

The starboard side tends to be a little warmer than the port (starboard=right, port=left). However, it's best to get an Infrared Temp Guage, and verify on the water exactly at what temp it is running. You can pick one of those up for about $30.00 at harbor freight.
