1990 evinrude 2.3 hp water jacket cleanout

Anyone have any tips for removing the white aluminum oxide build-up from inside the water jacket. It has very little flow from the tell tale on the cylinder The telltale nipple [brass?] is heavily corroded. Any way to clean it without cylinder head and cylinder disassembly?

An acid based heating boiler descaler maybe.

or RYDLYME MARINE DESCALER SEE the instructions page for suggestion on descaling an outboard. BUT i dobt if that would work. youll need to run the engine I reckon
