1990 Evinrude 200 hp hydraulic steering

I am acquiring a wellcraft 20' with hydraulic steering (helm and lines to stern).
There is no cylinder to mount to the motor and it seems like all the sites I can find exclude the 77-90 model rude 200 hp. What gives? Any ideas where I might find the required cylinder?

This really pains me, since I am a Morse/Hynautic retiree and Teleflex was out arch rival--and they bought our company out. Anyhoo, trying to wade through the Teleflex catalog, it would seem that you need a HC5348 cylinder. Pick up the phone and call a customer service rep to be sure.

F R, Thanks for the info.

I've been on the internet for a good part of the day, gave up and went to the phone. I have found two different types for the 200 hp 90 rude. One of them is indeed the HC 5348.

Wanna steal a bargain? Call Mike Charman and see if he has a KF-107 Mounting kit for this cylinder. That is required for 1989-91 Evinrude and Johnson motors. This was a very successful cylinder when I was at Hynautic. This particular one was made by Teleflex after they took over, but I would suppose it is the same one.
