1990 Evinrude- is this a water leak or normal?

theres a video hope it works, it shows on the forward area above the lower unit water is coming out. I don't remember water coming out from the spot, is it bad or is it normal? I havent ran it in a few months and can't remember the "norm"

If it is a leak... is it bad? I started up the motor to take it out tomorrow. Wondering if I will have some problems and just stay home or not.

Anyway, if you're describing what I think you are it's perfectly normal. The outer exhaust housing fills with water when the engine is running and there are normally a couple of weep holes of some type through which it exits.

Disregard everything... the next morning I figured it would just be lake water leaking into the lake... motor stays cool enough and I enjoyed a awesome day on the lake... the lake beat me up and I'm still sore... can't wait for next time!
