1990 force 90 rebuild again .need help

ok i am rebuilding my force again coz i had 0 compression on one of the piston again grrrrrr . i did everything replaced the piston and and put connected them to the cranckshaft and now my problem is when i install the cranckshaft cover and torque it the crankshaft wont rotate at all but if i loose up the bolts lil bit it rotate normal .. please tell me what am i doin wrong

Probably!?? The locating pins on the crank bearings.They are off.
Just one being off will bind the crank.

well i think you are right jerry but i checked those pins and all three of them are almost flat .you can say there no pins anymore so now what should i do is they replaceable or should i start look for new motor ?

Take a bearing off and dry fit it over the pin.
The pins actually come out and can be replaced.
Probably not gonna be easy but it can be done.
They need to be in there.
So if you can't get them out, then get another block.

thanks jerry . i did everything that i can do to get them out and i still cant even move them but the problem is they almost flat . i was thinking to drill them or something .i really dont know what to do . and even if i took them out where is the replacement pins i could not find them anywhere . i have the service manual and it dos not say anything about those pins and how to remove them or anything grrrrr , so please if anyone know best a good way to remove them and where can i find replacement pins please help

by the way i have to blocks the old one the pins are good and i tried to take them off so i can install them on the other block that i'm trying to rebuild but i could not as well ...

A torch is about the only way to remove them.
that is if you can get a pair of vice grips on the stud.
You try the bearing on the pin?
These things are a very hard steel and pretty hard to bend/mush or mishape?

i dont have a torch i just got heat gun . yea i tried bearing on the pin it's not holding it in place bcoz its almost flat i will try to attach a pic tomorrow . im gonna take it to the marine maybe thay can get it out .

Dremel and a fine sandpaper bit and smooth out the edges?
