1990 Johnson 40HP surges when warm

1990 Johnson 40HP surges when warm. I've replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, gas tanks and lines, and plugs.<br /><br />I've cleaned, but not disassembled the carburetors.<br /><br />Any suggestions?<br /><br />Thanks in advance.
