1990 or 1994 Johnson Parts Motors

I have a 1990 Johnson 15 hp and a 1994 Johnson 9.9 both short shafts, My question is what year model parts will work with either of these motors ? I thought that if I found some parts motors cheap enough I would buy them for the spare parts. I missed one a couple weeks ago I knew I could use for my 1990 15 hp that was for sale and had a bad power head. I just don't know what year model parts will interchange with my year models.

The 1990 will use the parts from a 1977-1992. The 1994 model will use 1993 and up but I believe the lower units will interchange through most of those years
