1990 Trophy 24ft 2302 model rub rail rubbed Need help to make it better

So I parked the boat and it rubbed the rub rail again st the concrete fence. Anybody know if I can buy this type of rubber anymore? It looks like a tube type

Yes, you can buy replacement rub rail insert by the foot from many marine suppliers; measure the old one's diameter to get the right size.
