Im not sure if the diaphragm goes to the inside of the pump and then the gasket on both sides or the other way around. I had a problem with the motor bogging down at 2800rpm's and im sure the last time I rebuilt the fuel pump I did it wrong. I had one diaphragm facing the inside of the pump and the other side gasket then diaphragm facing the inside and thats just not right. I have a few photos here showing what im talking about. If anyone knows which one I should use, that would be a great help. I do not have a serial # because the one on the motor is wrong, idk why.
