1990 Wellcraft 20 fish

I'm thinking of purchasing a 1990 wellcraft 20 fish. I've attached some pictures and would like your opinion on the repair job done on the bottom front of the boat.
Is this something of concern?

i say its all up to that yammer hammer on back and whether or not there is rotten wood the bilge or floor. take a large slot head screw driver and poke around down there-if its soft run away.check the yammaha outboard section for info there.
Wellcrafts are great boat- if it is in good shape and you like it go for it.
