1991 15hp electric start

I have just purchased a 1991 Evinrude 15hp motor.<br />I have pull starting it for several weeks and this weekend I pulled the cover to find a starter motor. I just need to know where the start button is as I have looked the motor over and dont find one.

its on the front "handle' almost right below the choke knob hidden on the starboard side

Thanks! The elder gentleman who had sold it to me never indicated it was electric start. When I saw it was I called him and asked about it. He said there must be a button somewhere I just dont remember.
